Color: ruby red. Nose: very fresh and fruity, with lots of cherry notes. Flavor: well balanced and full of flavours.
Corvina Veronese and Rondinella.
VINIFICATION and MATURATION
6 days maceration in stainless steel tanks; 4 months maturation in stainless steel tanks.
Excellent with first courses like pasta and pizza. It also suggested with white and red meat or with freesh cheeses.
